Cooking with Compost

Growing Point is happy to offer our first workshop at Dignan Street Community Garden since March. Sue Rajaguru will demonstrate how to make delicious dishes from plants that are typically destined to be composted but in fact have high value for cooking. She will share her knowledge passed down from her Grandmother explaining how we often mistake plants for weeds that are actually superfoods if prepared correctly. 

Wednesday 17th and 24th, 12.30- 1pm at 25 Dignan Street, Point Chevalier.
