• Free room hire but a donation for power
• Will setup Friday night from 4pm
• Helen will get the trailer organised

Strategic Plan to Wage Awareness In Wairarapa

• 1) Website & Mailing list
  • Ran through mailing list technology
  • Discussed need for invitation to the list for organisations
  • Email to organisations to be drafted by Robin
• 2) Articles
  • Contact Piers Fuller about book thing, the film
  • Crier article from Sonia, never printed, may be worth a call
  • School newsletters to be included with news
• 3) REAP
  • Sustainable living course may fall over
  • Follow up from last one - Have a Masterton night on the 12th at REAP
  • Helen will contact people to organise REAP night
  • Helen will let Robin to know what is required for posters and flyers
• 4) Film night
  • SC to be there between 6.30 and 7
  • Robin to introduce, bring laptop, facilitate and create notes
  • Judith will bring supper
  • Sonia bring DVD and organise key
  • Helen bring some soup for SC dinner Sonia and Judith some bread
  • we need refreshment gear, everyone bring cups, spoons & jugs
  • Sandwich boards for film night should be organised

  • Greens have asked us for a stall for tuesday night

Film Night Followup

Money

• Account has been opened, two of Heather, Sonia, Helen
• $90 in it
• our library book is paid for out of account
• Helen will ask Mary Zajkowski about being treasurer

Probus

• Patricia spoke with Probus about a July Speaking spot
• SC thought this was a good idea

Open Steering Committee meetings

• It was decided this was a good idea, we should do it every second meeting
• Anyone welcome, preferable people from other SCs
• First Steering Committee meeting after the 12th
• Sonia will speak to the School about a venue
• Public forum 30 to 60 mins and then on to business

Carterton Community Gardens

• Sonia spotted a sign in Carterton
• Helen will investigate as this could be a useful resource
