Back to the land

Hello,

Interested to learn if there are people on the Coast with a vision of balance and living in respect of nature. My partner and I are looking for options other than expensive flatting in flats with not a lot of soul or connection to the land. We're open to getting a tipi or builing a self contained unit on someones land. We would love to manifest a place where there are like minded people, ideally a range of ages or similar age to us (we're 28 and 33), some communal structures like shared cooking, living space and an interest in building up garden beds, learning together, learning from nature, from permaculture and building a healthy, healing living space. Would love to hear from you if you have any leads/ideas. We LOVE Otaki Gorge road.. anyone up there wanna share their land?
