A two day Professional Development workshop for Group Leaders, Committee members of Community Groups, & Organisations, Teachers and Facilitators plus anyone interested in the smooth, fun,
successful and efficient functioning of Groups, Teams, Boards, Businesses,
Associations, Communities and Co-operatives. Build a Toolbox of Supportive
Processes and leave inspired and excited to implement cohesive and lasting
change. So many of us are working for change and sustainability via
collectives and groups. If these function and flow effectively the purpose
of the group happens easily. If there is conflict, issues with decision
making and group discussions, lack of focussed energy and visioning etc
then energy goes into this rather than the purpose of the group. Join us
and explore a toolbox of abundant possibilities for successful, effective
and harmonious groups.

Short detail about tutors - Robina and Robin have worked,
co-created and  inspired hundreds of people globally with their innovative
and empowering approach to working in groups for over 20 years,
individually and occasionally working together. This is the first
