Energy Descent Action Plan

An Energy Descent Action Plan is the key to making a smooth transition to a world with less oil.  All of the community participates, usually through the Transition Towns Working Groups, and often through special outreach to groups such as schools.  Given that oil will become expensive and scarce, we imagine what we want Motueka to be like in the year 2020, then we determine what we need to do to make that vision a reality. We break down the tasks for each working group topic and set out the steps and goals for each year til we reach the goal.
