Co-housing project in Upper Aramoho

Hi Everyone

I am new to Transition Towns but what a great resource! I hope we can get some productive discussions going on here for the Whanganui region members.

I would like to let everyone know about an exciting venture currently being undertaken in your area.

We are a family from Wellington originally but have chosen to move to Whanganui to be a part of a co-housing project that has been in development for around 2 years now. Developments currently happening will mean the land is ready to build on after the coming summer.

We are looking for interested people to come on board. There are a number of lots available for purchase and you also become a shareholder in the company that governs the common land. The total land area is over 12 hectares.

The place is georgous and the people are kind, knowledgable and genuinely concerned for our planet.
