New Zealand grown sustainable flour supplier
Submitted by jerome on 19 June 2016 - 4:13pm | Forum topicHi There,
Im writing to inquire about the possibility of sourcing some wheat and rye flour grown here in New Zealand. Terrance farms has a list of flours and prices but the contact details dont seem to be working. I'm writing this to ask if anyone has any details regarding milled flours grown in New Zealand with a focus on sustainability.
Im a keen baker and would love to keep the bread made from New Zealand grains being organic/bio dynamic if possibile.
If anyone has any details my email is jeromeozich93@gmail.com
Happy day to you all
