I've started sourdough ferments in the past, but always had to leave them behind before they got reliably delicious.
Is anyone able to get some starter to me in Wellington if I pay postage?
Ideally it would have been started generations ago in 'the old country', but any good ferment (preferably with a bit of a story) would be great!
