I trust that whoever was meant to be at the cinema last night were the right people, and certainly the mood, discussion and sharing which took place left me feeling that we had planted a strong seed into fertile ground.
Local Food options for Waiheke

A group called "The food forum" came together from the Transition Waiheke Hui on March 15th, and has begun compiling a list of food producers and outlets.

From Community gardens to Ooooby (Out of our own back yards), from Organiponico raised bed gardens to the recent 14 day Permaculture Design Course, and from Waiheke Seedsavers to CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), these are a few of the responses. » Read more
